16 Year Parity?

16 Year Parity?
Just a random thought - now that the Fighters have claimed the Pacific League Title - since 1991, every team (excluding Rakuten) has now won a League Pennant.

Giants: 1994, 1996, 2000, 2002
Tigers: 2003, 2005
BayStars: 1998
Carp: 1991
Swallows: 1992, 1993, 1995, 1997, 2001
Dragons: 1999, 2004, 2006

Hawks: 1999, 2000, 2003
Marines: 2005
Lions: 1991-1994, 1997, 1998, 2002, 2004
Fighters: 2006
BlueWave: 1995, 1996
Buffaloes: 2001

The Carp are currently in the longest drought.

So the Carp are now furthest removed. But things don't look good for them in the immediate future unless the NPB business model changes to that with significant revenue sharing and a salary cap/floor system tied to total revenue (or the team gets Abramoviched), the Carp are the feeder team for the richer teams in NPB now.
