What Happened to Borisov's site?

Discussion in the Open Talk forum
What Happened to Borisov's site?
Sergei Borisov's NPB site hasn't been updated in almost a month. Is it no longer active? Has Sergei been limited by work, personal life, health problems? It was a shame not to have it up for the Japan Series.

I'm sure he's just taking some well deserved time off, as he does every year (although he usually waits another month). I'll ask and relay his answer.

I was going to ask as well, but I held back in case something was seriously wrong. Anyway, when you do reach him, I hope you express how much the fans appreciate his effort and hard work. I too ran a baseball-related website years ago, and I obviously don't need to tell you how much time and work is involved.

Yes, please do. His site provided me with lots and lots of great information this season, and I hope it will be available next year. Thank him very much for his hard work.

His site is still valuable because all the links to other sites still work.

It is by far the best and most informative site on NPB in English.
About

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
