Birthday Numbers
Deanna's latest Marinerd Post had me curious to about how many players had the same number on their backs as their date of birth (day of month). So, I did a quick query for the 2007 players with these results:
+--------------------+------+--------------+
| Player | Num | Birthday |
+--------------------+------+--------------+
| Makoto Kosaka | 2 | Jul 02, 1973 |
| Hisanori Nishitani | 6 | May 06, 1982 |
| Takeshi Yamasaki | 7 | Nov 07, 1968 |
| Makoto Kaneko | 8 | Nov 08, 1975 |
| Shun Yamaguchi | 11 | Jul 11, 1987 |
| Susumu Kawai | 17 | Jun 17, 1980 |
| Kazuki Yoshimi | 19 | Sep 19, 1984 |
| Yuuji Yoshimi | 21 | May 21, 1978 |
| Tsuyoshi Wada | 21 | Feb 21, 1981 |
| Hironori Matsunaga | 24 | Feb 24, 1984 |
| Ryohei Kawamoto | 28 | Apr 28, 1982 |
| Shinobu Fukuhara | 28 | Dec 28, 1976 |
| Tomoyuki Kubota | 30 | Jan 30, 1981 |
+--------------------+------+--------------+
It doesn't look like very many this year. I wonder how many are coincidence and how many were chosen that way.
