What Team has the Best Gaijin pitchers?

What Team has the Best Gaijin pitchers?
There are many quality pitchers from the States[, South America, and Asia] in Japan. What team do you think has the best pair?

My money is on Hiroshima's Tom Davey and John Bale. Davey is huge, throws as hard as anyone in Japan, and is fearless. LHP John Bale is a rarity in that he is a lefty who throws 90 MPH plus (144) and can command his breaking ball and changeup. The Carp won 9 of Davey's 10 starts last season .

Even in the small confines of Hiroshima Shimin Kyujyo, I think these two are the cream of the crop.
