Tigers Rotation?

Discussion in the Open Talk forum
Tigers Rotation?
There is another thread discussing the Tigers' batting line-up, but are there any thoughts or predictions on their pitching rotation?

I pick them to finish third. Some starters will really have to have breakthrough seasons to get them higher than that. Any other thoughts/news/predictions?

Probably Kanemura, Shimoyanagi, Andoh, Uezono, Vogelsang, and maybe Iwata in no particular order. Where this leaves Fukuhara and Sugiyama I don't know - it may be that they will get some games, but both have been pretty average of late. Likewise Nohmi and Taiyo.

Relief will be JFK with probably Aitchson, Egusa, and Hashimoto added. Watanabe might well be used also.

Has it been decided that the new foreign pitcher will be in the bullpen? Or is he competing for a slot in the rotation?

Currently it seems he was intended as a relief pitcher.
