Tickets this Spring
Konichiwa-

My family of four and eight others (including two seven year olds and two five year olds)are visiting Tokyo and Kyoto during the period 3/29/02 to 4/10/02 and would very much like to attend a Japanese baseball game. We are aware it is the beginning of the season and tickets may be hard to come by and would like to know if there is anyway to buy in advance from the United States.

We will be in Tokyo 3/30, 31, 4/1 and 4/2 to Kyoto 4/3, 4/4 and 4/5 and back to Tokyo for the nights of 4/6 to 4/9.

We have no idea who is playing in what towns and even if we determine that (I am going to your "schedules" section next to try and figure it out), don't know how to buy tickets other than showing up at the stadium and hoping they are available.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Arigato,

Domo, konnichi wa.

Like several questions that came in today, this is one that I get often. It looks like it's time to get around to writing my FAQ, which I'd been putting off way too long. And you will be pleased to know that this is the first question/answer entered.

Have a great trip!

Thanks for the information. I don't know much about Japanese baseball yet but am very interested and your site is the best source I have found. Great Job!! Signed up as a member today.
