Lindsay Gulin?

Lindsay Gulin?
After an impressive first season with the Hawks (8-3), what happened to Lindsay Gulin? I know he was signed back, but we have not seen his name at all?

Gulin is with the Hawks' ni-gun team. [Rosters - in Japanese]

Probably a matter of the roster being at the limit with gaijin now. They can't get rid of Zuleta, Cabrera, or Batista, and Feliciano has been pitching great in middle relief.

The elimination of the gaijin limit will be the indication that Japan thinks its baseball is approaching MLB level. As long as they have this rule they are saying, "We aren't there yet."

Exactly. And they will never be there, and so the gaijin limit should stay. Increase the limit maybe, but don't do away with it completely. When I go to see Japanese pro baseball, I want to see Japanese pro baseball, not two lineups dominated by imports.
