Sorry for the late reply. But he has since returned to the starting lineup. So, yes, he'll be able to make the All Star games.
Matsuzaka is also expected to make it back in time.
The only player who was voted in that doesn't look like he'll make it is Daiei's catcher Johjima. Kintetsu's Matoyama will be taking his place on the squad.
