You can find it at www.dragons.co.jp, so you were close. Warning: It's in Japanese only.
A great place to get all of the official links and many "more informative" ones is at the Baseball Guru's Japanese Baseball page.

A good place to start is the FAQ on writing papers on just that topic. Using the search facility with the key "differences," I find a lot of promising threads.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. And my other question is: how is Japanese Baseball different to the MLB? I mean especially rules or something like that. So, could anyone help me? Would be nice
