Discussion in the Ask the Commish forum
Hiroshima's Lopez?
In 2000, Hiroshima had a player named Lopez. Can anyone tell me who this guy is? And where he is now?

That would be first baseman Luis Lopez (not to be confused with third baseman Luis Lopez of Rakuten). He played 6 seasons in Japan, with his last season for the Carp coming in 2002. I don't know where he is nowadays.

Luis Lopez was in the independent Atlantic League. He's now retired.
