Iwakuma
Where does Iwakuma rank overall in pitching talent wise? I know this isn't his best season, but I'm sure he's one of the best pitchers in NPB.

He's definitely one of those pitchers I would build a staff around. Iwakuma's one of those rare pitchers that can throw a complete game every time out. He doesn't hurt himself because he's got good control. He's not as good as Daisuke Matsutaka yet, but he's young and still can improve.
