Yokhama Bay Stars Stadium

Yokhama Bay Stars Stadium
Hi guys,

First time poster, long time reader. Thanks to all for making this such an important site for Japanese baseball.

A routine question for any baystars fan: I'm a tigers supporter and plan to go and watch the game against the Baystars on May 7th (if I can get the tickets!). However, Im a little unfamiliar with the layout of the stadium.

I would like to sit with the visiting supporters for the game.

Whilst normally visitors will sit in the unreserved right outfield stands, if I were to get a reserved seat outfield ticket, would it be close to the visitng supporters? Or am I better off trying to go for a ticket in the unreserved section first?

Appreciate your replies.

Looking from the plate visiting supporters normally sit on the left side. The unreserved section can be difficult as it is often occupied by cheering clubs who queue up early and save seats for each other. If you're a guest of the cheering club no problem.
For reserved seats you should buy as soon as possible. You will be surrounded by Tigers fans as there will be a lot who cannot get unreserved tickets and do not sit with the cheering clubs. Around third base would be ideal for what you want. Try Ticket Pia, a convenience store or the BayStars box office.

Hi Christopher,

I appreciate your reply. I will logon to the ticketpia service tomorrow and try my luck around third base.

Fred.
