Searching for Joe Petcka
Could you please tell me where Joe Petcka is off to now. Every time I think I have caught up to him, he's gone again. Is there a way to get a message to him? I lost track of him after his A's (Visalia Oaks) stint. Thanks. Carina

I wasn't able to find any reference to a Joe Petcka ever playing in Japan, then I found his name on the pitchers' list of the foreigners in Taiwan thread - having played for the first team that didn't have an English transation (#5).
Andrew-san, do you have the year he played there to maybe help Carina-san out?
