Kaim Garcia / Shane Spencer

Discussion in the Ask the Commish forum
Kaim Garcia / Shane Spencer
As a former fan of both these guys was just wondering if they are still playing in Japan or did they go elsewhere? Cannot seem to find info on either guy. I figured they would both be very successfull in Japan, but I guess not?

Screeds of traffic about Spencer on this site. Snoop around for a bit.

Karim's at only .223/.265/.364 for the Orix Buffaloes. He's shown some power, but that's about it. Not that their other corner outfielders (Tani, Brumbaugh, Oonishi) are doing significantly better.

Garcia, Brumbaugh, and Grabowski are on the farm team. Orix brought up Okada (OF) who was in high school last year. The guy is 18 years old and he gets the nod over former major leagers. What a joke. I think we should say sayonara to those gaijin.
