Tiger's Fujikawa is Injured

Tiger's Fujikawa is Injured
Does anyone know what happened to Fujikawa? He is on the injured list "indefinitely." I was just told the official word is that he "hurt his neck while he was sleeping," but that sounds like nonsense to me.

He is rumored to have an arm injury. Does anyone know the nature and extent of his injury? He is one of the top relief pitchers in Japan.
