American Ball Players in Japan?
How can I get rosters, stats, and the names of American ball players playing in Japan?

To get names and stats, go to the Players by Nationality page and choose the American country you're interested in. (The South American country of Venezuela produces a lot of great ball players.) If you want a particular year, add "?Year=2006" (without the quotes) to the end of the URL to get just the 2006 players.
Note: 2007 has not yet been entered, so please don't ask why you can't see a particular player who you think is in Japan this year.
Rosters are sorted by team, not nationality. So click on the Teams link above and go through the teams.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
