Foreigners in Independent Baseball Leagues of Japan?
In leagues like Shikoku Island League or Industrial leagues are there any foreign players? If so, what are the foreign rules?

I don't keep up with the Industrial Leagues. But there have been a few Australians and Cubans who've played in the Japanese Industrial Leagues.

Not sure of the rules regarding foreigners in the Shikoku League, but the Kochi team had a young Korean hurler last season named Min Kifuan, so it seems there is some kind of allowance for foreigners.
