I am a law student looking for sources that contain regulations governing Japanese baseball. Particularly I am looking for Japan's version of America's collective bargaining agreement. I would have thought it would not be hard to obtain, but my research has led to nothing but dead ends.

Thanks
Jonathan

What you're looking for is called "The Baseball Agreement" and the latest version can be found on the Japan Professional Baseball Players Association (JPBPA) site here [in Japanese].

There is an English translation of the 2001 agreement between NPB and MLB here [PDF].

Hope this helps.
