Hawks Broadcasts Made More Difficult?

Hawks Broadcasts Made More Difficult?
Getting the official Hawks broadcast seems much more difficult than last year.

Last year, once I found the .asx link, it was merely clicking it on my desktop. They had two versions - one was the basic TV view (which I watched), and the other was the fancy one (which as I'm on a Mac, I can't see because it required WMP 10). Now it looks like they require the latest version of everything for even their basic broadcast (IE + WMP, neither available for Mac).

Is there a simple .asx link like there was last year?

Luckily, KBC radio/TV is carrying their televised version over the Internet.

Was checking all of them out last night and found out that in Hawks' homepage, you can find the asx link where you can still view it if you're not in Japan.

Also checked the other 5 PL teams, and only the Hawks have this function.

Rakuten also canceled its net TV and joined with Yahoo! as well. So now we have Rakuten, Marines, Fighters, and Hawks available on Yahoo! TV - exclusively to viewers in Japan.

And then there's Hawks themselves letting overseas people watch them. Hmm. Someone smell something fishy there?
