2003 MLB All-Star Series in Japan?

2003 MLB All-Star Series in Japan?
I enjoyed following the MLB All-Star series in Japan last year, and I was under the impression that it was an annual affair. However, I can't find anything that says there will be one in 2003. Was it canceled, or have I done a lousy job of trying to find it?
