How can I get in touch with Ryan Vogelsong? I heard he is playing for the Tigers. What is his record?

You're correct that he's playing with the Hanshin Tigers this year. Team/player contact information is in the FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions), which you should have read before asking.
He is currently 1 and 0 with a 1.50 ERA [TBS Radio - in Japanese]. (You can follow the line in the bottom chart that begins with ボーグルソン.)
