Sheets?
Does anyone know if Sheets (Andy) of the Tigers has been dropped to 2-gun or injured? He had been dropped from the line-up a couple times, but now he isn't even getting pinch-hitting chances. Anyone know his status?

Sheets [NPB-BIS Player Profile- in Japanese] was was dropped down to ni-gun as he was struggling batting just .245 with 6 HRs and 21 RBI in 55 games and 208 ABs.
Lin, from what I understand, will take over as Hanshin's first baseman.

It's a shame he has been slumping this year, as I doubt Hanshin will give him another chance next year. He seems to be the type of foreign player and person who has really adjusted well to Japan. I'm still crossing my fingers that one of these days the Tigers' bats will wake up, and hopefully Sheets will be right in the middle of it.
