Japanese Baseball Team Contacts?

Japanese Baseball Team Contacts?
If anybody can, I am trying to get in contact with the baseball teams in Japan, but I have had trouble contacting anybody. I need to speak with the General Manager or any other baseball operations person about American and Latin American players that want to play in Japan this season.
