Pitches in Japanese

Pitches in Japanese
Just wanted to confirm, would "henka-kyu" be translated as a breaking ball? Most of the pitches are the same in Japanese and English, so I was a little confused about this one. Whatever it is, the Japanese announcers usually get very excited when it is thrown!

There might be minor differences like how the changeup is classified, but yeah for the most part henka-kyu is analogous to breaking balls.. unless I'm missing something.
