Have a look here for the only advice I can give on this matter. Since I've never had anybody follow up with how well or poor the advice was, I can't say how good or bad it is.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world.
