Martin-san, it's been a while, hasn't it?
The short answer is, no, Ramirez is not yet a member of the Meikyukai. Despite having played most of his career in Japan, he didn't start his career in Japan. That seems to be the new criteria for Nichi-Bei combined statistics.
On the positive side, he may still clear 2,000 in Japan only this season.
