Interviewing amateur baseballers in Japan for an art project -help!
Hello. My name is Alana and I am an artist working out of Sapporo.

I have come to do a video project about baseball superstitions, and would love to audio interview some amateur baseballers here in Sapporo. There's contacts for the big teams (Nippon Ham Fighters), but I can't find any amateur teams- and I've visited no less than 14 public baseball fields here and no players are ever there to ask.

Any advice is welcome. I have two interviewees so far but am looking for at least 6. Oh , and I'm paying all of the interviewees. Thank you!

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. It's a place to follow teams and individuals playing baseball in Japan (and Asia), and to learn about Japanese (and Asian) culture through baseball.

It is my sincere hope that once you learn a bit about what we're about here that you will join the community of contributors.
