Yokohama Bay Stars: Kazunari Tsuruoka ties NPB record with nineteen-pitch at bat

Kazunari Tsuruoka tied an NPB record tonight with a nineteen-pitch at bat in the 8th inning.

Two other players hold the record: Nobukatsu Matsui in 1947 and Kenji Akashi in 2012. Both players ended with walks.
