I am the administrator for the website www.faketeams.com. Given the fervor of fantasy baseball enthusiasts, I am interested in getting ahead of next winter's hype about Kosuke Fukudome. With Ichiro Suzuki likely to be in the same free agent market combined with this past winter's $51.11 M posting fee for Daisake Matzusaka, I want to be in the mainstream of what I anticipate will be frenzied coverage.

A simple question, but like the vast majority of American baseball fans, I can't start from any other place. What is the Central League like for hitters? Is it neutral? Is it like Coors Field pre-humidor? Is it a pitcher's league?
