It will be better than last season, when Carrasco pitched for the Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks in Japan. The veteran of three seasons with the Kansas City Royals struggled to learn the style of play there.
"It's awesome if you're going there for culture and to see how people live," he said. "The game of baseball, to me, wasn't too good at all."
