Ryozo Kato to visit US for a meeting with Bud Selig

The original plan was to have MLB commish Bud Selig fly in to watch the NPB All-Star Game. But that idea apparently fell through because the MLB Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony falls too close to the NPB All-Star Game.
