ロッテのフリオ・ズレータ内野手（３２）が２２日、楽天２２回戦（フルキャスト宮城）でプロ野球史上６１人目（６５度目）のサイクル安打を達成した。ロッテでは７６年得津以来、３１年ぶり。４安打すべて打点付きで７打点の活躍で大勝に導いた。ズレータが昨季まで４年在籍した２位ソフトバンクはこの日敗れ、ゲーム差は再び１へ急接近。クライマックスシリーズ地元開催（２位以上）の望みが膨らんできた。
