Best Korean Pitchers?

Discussion in the KBO News forum
Best Korean Pitchers?
Who are the best 15 ethnic Korean pitchers around the world? Can someone give me their names and leagues (MLB, minors, KBO, NPB)?

Thanks. (I know this is subjective, but I just want a list to evaluate.)

Well. These are my subjective thoughts:

Starting Pitcher

Byung-Hyun Kim (Florida Marlins, MLB)
Jae Weong Seo (Tampa Bay Devil Rays, MLB)
Cha Seung Baek (Seattle Mariners, MLB)
Min Han Son (Lotte Giants, KBO)
Young Soo Bae (Samsung Lions, KBO)
Myung Hwan Park (LG Twins, KBO)
Hyun-jin Ryu (Hanhwa Eagles, KBO)
Suk-Min Yoon (KIA Tigers, KBO)
Won Sam Jang (Hyundai Unicorns, KBO)
Dong Hwan Mun (Hanhwa Eagles, KBO)

Relief Pitcher

Jae Kuk Ryu (Tampa Bay Devil Rays, MLB)
Dae-Sung Koo (Hanhwa Eagles, KBO)
Seung Hwan Oh (Samsung Lions, KBO)
Tae Hyon Chong (SK Wyverns, KBO)
Jae Hun Chung (Doosan Bears, KBO)

I saw JanHun Chung pitch last weekend in a Doosan-Kia match. He was lights out. But I must say that Korean pitching, from what I saw in that game, my first, was very poor. The starter for Kia barely cleared 100 kilometers on occasion. Made the game exciting as there were runners every inning. I left after four hours with the game still in the 8th inning due to all the hits.

Loved the Kia fans, they are like Hanshin fans in terms of intensity. Honorable mention to the Doosan cheerleaders who danced for all fours hours, they are rail thin and it's no wonder why.
