Tom Evans
I notice that former Hanshin Tiger and Seibu Lion Tom Evans was released by the Detroit Tigers a little while ago.

Anyone know what's happened to him since?

Tom's playing for the Tabasco Olmecas of the Mexican League. He's hitting .273/.411/.477 in 14 games.

Thanks for that. I thought Evans was unlucky to be released by Seibu, because he didn't do too badly after Hanshin released him (well, not as badly as he did at Hanshin). But I s'pose Seibu had to choose between Evans and McClain.
