Hisanori Yokota
After being released from the Hanshin Tigers, Hisanori Yokota went to Taiwan to pitch for the Brother Elephants. In 2003, his first season, he went 16-3 with a 2.90 ERA in 25 games, 24 of which were starts. In total, Yokota pitched 164.2 innings, scattering 158 hits while facing 681 batters (.232). He finished with 162 strikeouts as opposed to 46 walks.
