New Foreign Players
The Makoto Cobras have signed 23 year old right hander Kim Dae Woo.

The La New Bears have signed 30 year old left handed pitcher Kazuhiro Sato. He made it to ichi-gun with the Osaka Kintetsu Buffaloes in 2003.

The Brother Elephants have released Nick Bierbrodt who was 2-4 with a 4.84 ERA in 16 games.
