Makoto Suzuki Resurfaces - in CPBL
The La New Bears have signed 32 year old right handed pitcher Makoto Suzuki. Does the name sound familiar?

Suzuki signed with the Seattle Mariners when he was 17. In 1996 he made his major league debut and after a few disappointing seasons with a number of teams he returned to Japan in 2003 with the Orix Buffaloes. After three lackluster years, he signed a minor league contract with the Chicago White Sox in 2006.

This season with Olmecas de Tabasco of the Triple-A Mexican League he was 5-4 with a 3.28 ERA in 16 games (8 starts). [Original Article - ET Today]
