Timothy Young in CPBL
31 year old left hander Timothy Young has signed with the Sinon Bulls of the Chinese Professional Baseball League. The former Major League veteran of two seasons is expected to be the closer for the Bulls.

In 2003, Young was 2-1 with a 2.49 ERA in 29 games (25.1 innings) with the Colorado Springs Sox of the Triple-A Pacific Coast League. He walked 8 and struck out 27 batters. Young has pitched this year with the Triple-A Buffalo Bisons and he posted a 0-1 record with a whopping 17.25 ERA in 5 games (2 starts, 8.1 innings).

In two Major League seasons with the Montreal Expos (1998) and the Boston Red Sox (2000), Young had a 6.23 ERA in 18 games (13 innnings).
