Bears to Sign P Chang Chih-Chia?
The La New Bears are reportedly in negotiations with pitcher Chang Chih-Chia. Chang, 28, pitched three seasons with the Seibu Lions at ichi-gun before weight problems led to his downfall.

After his release in 2006 Chang has been training with the Taiwan National Baseball Team and was on the team that qualified for the Olympics.
