Lions Sign P Valerio De Los Santos
The 7-Eleven President Lions have signed left handed pitcher Valerio de los Santos. The 33 year old was 4-5 with a 5.63 ERA in 23 games last season for the Colorado Springs Sky Sox (AAA). He also pitched in 2 games at the Major League level for the Colorado Rockies, going 0-1 with a 5.63 ERA.

In 2009 De los Santos signed a minor league contract with the New York Mets but did not make the club out of spring training.

Meanwhile the Sinon Bulls have signed 28 year old right hander Pedro Liriano. He will replace Kieran Mattison (1-1, 1 save, 3.86 ERA in 6 games), who was released.
