It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. In 2008 Johnson was the CPBL MVP with 20 wins. This year, however, he was 2-2 with a 6.58 ERA in 5 games. He also struggled in the KBO. On top of that his wife had recently given birth to a baby girl.
The Bears wanted Johnson to stay in hopes that he would turn his season around but he decided to return to Canada to take care of his family.
