Best Pitchers in CPBL/KBO

Best Pitchers in CPBL/KBO
Hello,

I'm trying to find out if there are any MLB caliber type of pitchers in the CPBL/KBO. I know the NPB has Igawa, Matsuzaka, and Uehara who will one day eventually coming over to the U.S. But does Taiwan/Korea have pitchers (non-amateur) that have a shot playing in the MLB? Perhaps start the season in the Minor League (AA/AAA)?

If I'm not wrong, the best pitcher in Taiwan (CPBL) is En-Yu Lin. What about Korea (KBO)?

The best pitcher in Korea is Min-han Sohn of the Lotte Giants. He went 18-7 with a 2.46 ERA in 28 games last year.

I would say that:

Si-Yo Wu of the La New Bears is probably the best LHP in the CPBL. Even better than Ying-Chieh Lin while he was in the CPBL.

Wei-Lun Pan is also one of the best in the CPBL. He is the only pitcher in the league who can pitch faster than 150km.

If Pan has the stuff to pitch overseas and being on the National Team, why is he currently in the Minor League? Did his team decide to put him there for his missed time participating the WBC?

I'm not sure. I would guess he is probably recovering from an injury. He pitched very well this season so far, with 4 W, 2 L, an ERA of 2.2, and 36 K.
