2009 China Baseball League Season
Each season seems to get shorter for the China Baseball League. This year the regular season started on May 15 and will end on May 31. Each team will play nine regular season games. The playoffs will begin on June 6 and the finals are scheduled for June 20. The CBL also added an expansion team, the Henan Elephants, raising the number of teams to seven. The Elephants will play in the East/South division.
