Any additional news would be greatly appreciated. I understand Miguel Tejada has dispatched two attorneys to Taiwan from the United States to aid in any investigation and to return the body to his family in the Dominican Republic. Miguel is godfather to his 3 year old child.

This is a site about Pro Yakyu (Japanese Baseball), not about who the next player to go over to MLB is. It's a community of Pro Yakyu fans who have come together to share their knowledge and opinions with the world. There were no signs of a break in, and there are no wounds or signs of struggle found on Mario. At the moment the team is saying the cause of death could be a stomach flu from which Mario appearantly had been suffering. Some speculate that it might have to do with the use of performance enhancement drugs.
Mario served a two-week suspension earlier this season for failing a league drug test.
