catcher window is the last one in the second page of the option menu.
It's off by default, so hit it once to turn it on.
The difficulties are the few above it, exact location I can't help, because I dun remember

i did not get 13 since you and others said it sucked but i read your post and got 13 kett, i played a little today but need some help.
need to see if you can send me a few pointers on where i need to go to turn on the catchers window, or what i need to have turned on for great gameplay ie what should be set on powerful, ie cpu pitching batting, what set on hard etc.
also have you seen the jeter jump throw ,can we still climb the walls to rob home runs, i wish they would put in check swings, can we switch to mph instead of kml etc, and do they have tutorials like last game .
