Since I can't speak or read Japanese, what I am doing is going through each team and for the Default pitcher in exhibition (I'm assuming that pitcher is the #1) I'm making a list of what direction throws what pitch using Paakaa10's translation guide. For ex:

Kenshin Kawakami
Chunichi Dragons #11
UP
Sutoreeto - Four-seam Fastball
Right
Shuuto - Shoot
Down Right
Down
Fooku - Fork
Down Left
Suroo Kaabu - Slow Curve
Nakkuru Kaabu - Knuckle Curve
Left
Kattobooru - Cutter
Suraidaa - Slider

Would you guys what this information when I'm done?

I was actually thinking about doing something like this in the future, but if you're actually going through and doing it right now, more power to you. When you're done, I might request permission to add your work to the overall FAQ as its own section for people who primarily use the default pitchers in Exhibition mode. This is definitely the sort of thing we want to target for an FAQ leading people into the game.

As an addendum to my first reply, if you wanted to take this the extra step, it might be interesting for this to have the grades for each of the pitches as well. Those of us who have played the game already know that just because somebody has a Curveball, it doesn't mean that it's useful if it has a "G" grade. Or, at least, not that useful as an "out" pitch, more so as a trick to try and throw off the batter.
